What is a tincture?
   Briefly they are concentrated herbal extracts with an alcohol base making an herbal remedy.
To be taken sublingualy or mixed with another liquid.
I make my tinctures with herbs and flowers grown in my garden, all organic and pesticide free.
    Passion Flower is a nervine, relaxant, sedative.  Helping to reduce stress and tension and to aid sleep. It helps to quiet mental chatter.
  Passionflower is used for restless agitation and exhaustion. This tincture may be helpful to ease nervousness before a dentist or doctors appointment.
  Supportive for mild menstrual discomfort and menopausal mood swings. 
   Take a dropper full mixed in water, juice or strait under your tongue when needed.  Do not exceed 3x a day.
